Our products and services are offered primarily to business customers for procurement purposes. Quotations provided are for commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product technical data originates from the respective manufacturers (e.g. Sumitomo, TE Connectivity, Yazaki, JST). Before ordering, customers should verify that the product meets their application requirements. We recommend requesting a sample for qualification.

4. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to stock availability and price changes. An order is only confirmed once we issue written order acknowledgement and payment terms are agreed. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply as indicated.

5. Pricing and Payment

Reference prices shown are indicative only. Final pricing, currency, and payment terms (e.g. T/T, letter of credit) are confirmed in each quotation. Payment is due according to the agreed terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines are agreed per order. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (per the agreed Incoterms).

7. Returns and Warranty

Claims for defects or discrepancies must be raised within the period stated in the order terms. Products may be returned only with our prior written consent and are subject to inspection. This section does not affect statutory rights applicable to the buyer's jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and layout, is the property of WHZT or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHZT's total liability arising from the supply of products or use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wuhan, Hubei Province, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
