Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Wuhan, China. Available methods include:

• Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) - 3-7 business days to most destinations
• Air freight - 5-12 business days, cost-effective for medium volumes
• Sea freight (LCL/FCL) - 20-45 days, best for large-volume orders
• Rail freight - available to Europe and Central Asia for bulk shipments

Lead Times

• In-stock items: dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• Non-stock / procurement items: typically 5-15 business days depending on manufacturer lead time
• Samples: dispatched within 3 business days when available

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (T/T) - our standard method for business orders
• Alipay / WeChat Pay - available for smaller orders and samples
• PayPal - available on request for samples and small orders
• Letter of Credit (L/C) - accepted for large-volume contracts

Order Terms

• MOQ: varies by product and series - please ask for details
• Mixed orders: multiple part numbers may be combined in one shipment
• Duties and taxes: buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes unless otherwise agreed (DDP available on request)
• Packaging: standard export packaging; fragile items are protected with anti-static and shock-proof materials
